How to bet them

Target rebounds and blocks overs — these are the ONLY stable prop lanes. Fade points overs unless the line is single digits and the opposing 5 is a foul liability. Stack rebound overs in matchups against flyball/low-ORB opponents (Gobert vs Phoenix, Walker Kessler vs Miami). Blocks overs are strongest against drive-heavy teams with poor rim-finisher efficiency (Pacers, Hawks on a bad shooting night).

Where they fail

Stretch-5 matchups pull them away from the rim and kill both blocks and defensive rebounds (Gobert guarding Brook Lopez or KAT). Foul trouble is a constant threat because they're always at the rim on defense — a 3-foul first quarter caps every prop. When their team is trailing by 15+, coaches swap them out for a floor-spacer and minutes evaporate.
